- Mix 1/4 tsp of Lanto (spoon provided) with 1-2 tbsp of commercially bottled, distilled, or sterile (boiled & cooled) water.
- Using a cotton swab or a clean finger, dab the mixture 1/2 inch into nostrils (1-3 times).
- Swish remaining mixture in mouth & swallow.

Best Use Guidelines
